What Does the "Unable to notify service of security parameters" error message mean?
You're most likely to receive the "Unable to Notify Service of Security Parameters" error message after a new installation of the Cisco VPN Client. This error is caused by the Anetike service not being loaded.

In most situations, an uninstall and re-install of the VPN client resolves the error. If the problem continues after reinstalling the VPN client, contact the CACI TAC.
