Why can't I access Lotus Notes now
that I have installed the client software?
After you install the Lotus Notes client software on your PC you will need to
configure it while you are connected to the CACI network with VPN. The VPN
connection will allow the Lotus Notes client on your PC to "talk" to your Lotus
Notes home server on the CACI network. For instructions go to the Main
Menu of
this CD and follow the "Install Lotus Notes" link.
If you have already installed and configured Lotus Notes on your PC and still can't access Lotus Notes, make sure you are connected to the CACI network with VPN. You will need to be connected to the CACI network with VPN whenever you wish to use Lotus Notes unless you have configured the Lotus Notes client on your PC to replicate. For more information on Lotus Notes replication follow the link named "How do I configure Lotus Notes for replication?" on the "FAQs and Help" page of this CD.
If you have installed Lotus Notes, configured Lotus Notes and connected to CACI's network with VPN but still can't access Lotus Notes, you will need to contact CACI Technical Support.
Call the CACI Corporate Information Systems (CIS) Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 703-679-3200. The TAC is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 8:00pm. If you have an emergency during after-hours or on weekends, leave a message and the engineer on duty will be paged.
