Vehicle Level Workforce means that once an employee is forecast against any Project String for a Vehicle that employee may charge any other Project String. The employee has access to the entire Vehicle. The figure below shows a portion of a forecast screen for Project String 05590.0004.S005.2055 from CPMRS. Three people have been forecast. The first employee, "John Doe" has hours forecast in both January and February. The second person, is a new hire "ET Link" and has zero hours forecast in January. The third employee, "Bob Haft" is also forecast with zero hours in January. The ability to assign a Zero Hour Forecast is a new feature in CPMRS that allows managers to establish links or added an employee to the Vehicle Level Workforce without effecting the hours and dollars of a forecast.

Employees "John Doe" and "Bob Haft" are now part of the workforce for vehicle "05590". They are now able to see all of the project strings for that Vehicle. New hire data is not sent to WebET when dealing with workforce.
The Charge Lookup dialog box above shows what one of these two employees might see as a result of the forecast in CPMRS. The vehicle number "05590" has now been added to their "Charge Groups" and all of the Project Strings for Vehicle 05590 are now available in the "Charge Detail" window.
