A new feature has been added to CPMRS. Zero hour forecasting allows managers to add information to WebET without changing the hours and dollars in their forecast. This feature was added to adapt to the different methods used to forecast within CPMRS.

In the example above links have been established for three labor categories 020N, 020L, 020J. The PLC 020N was created by the "John Doe" forecast. 200 hours were forecast for this employee. In the cast of 020L and 020J zero hour were forecasting. The Project String 05590.0004.S005.2055 will now be able to using these two PLCs within WebET. Any employee who is part of the 05590 workforce will see all three PLCs for this Project String. Any one of the three people produced a link between the Project String and the Profit Center 01327.
Assume that an employee has come on board during the middle of a month, after the forecast has been submitted. Using zero hour forecasting it is possible to add them to the workforce without changing the hours and dollars.
Assume that a new PLC is added to a vehicle, after the forecast has been submitted. Using zero hour forecasting it is possible to add a link to the PLC without changing the hours and dollars.
