How Do I Sign My Timecard?

The signature process for an electronic timesheet is a little different from signing your paper timecard. Select the "Sign" toolbar button at the top of the electronic form. Once you press the "Sign" button a window will be displayed on top of the timesheet. The CACI Certification Notice is displayed in a message box and at the bottom of the window is a place for your password. The signature process requires that you read the CACI Certification Notice and enter your WebET password.

In the top right hand corner of the electronic form you will see that the status is "Open". By signing your timecard the status will be changed to "Signed". Once signed the user may make changes to the timesheet, however the timesheet will need to be resigned. The changing of a timecard forces the status to revert to "Open".

When a timesheet is signed it is ready for approval by a manager. When your manager approves your timesheet the status will change to "Approved". After the timesheet has been approved but before it is "Sent" the user may make changes to the timesheet, however the timesheet will need to be resigned and re-approved.
