Transfers

If you are a Transfer and are currently using WebET

If you are transferring between companies you must transfer effective with the first day of a pay period regardless of your timekeeping method.

In order to continue on WebET your new direct reporting manager must also be on WebET. If your new direct reporting manager is not on WebET you will transition to paper timecards. See Instructions for Transition to a Paper Timecard section below.

If your direct reporting manager is on WebET you must determine if you still have the technical capability for WebET. See Instructions for What You Need to Use WebET to make the determination. If you do not have the technical capability to continue on WebET you will transition to paper timecards. See Instructions for Transition to a Paper Timecard.

If you meet the requirements to continue on WebET your manager must complete the PAR paperwork parts 1, 2 and 6 to notify all parties of your transfer. Your manager must be certain to complete the "Manager" section of the PAR to insure that you appear as a direct report to the new manager. If the paperwork is not properly completed, your new manager will be unable to approve your timecard. Prior to timecard collection day your new direct reporting manager should verify that you appear as their direct report in WebET.

Instructions for Transition to a Paper Timecard

If you are currently on WebET and cannot continue on WebET due to your direct manager's inability to use WebET or based on technical limitations, you must transition to a paper timecard. At the end of your last day in your current position you will complete and print your WebET Timecard. Have your current manager approve the timesheet on the face of your WebET printout.

On your first day with your new manager you will receive a paper timecard from the Administrator for your new manager. Transfer the entries from your WebET printout to the paper timecard and attach the printout of your WebET timesheet to the paper timecard. Your manager must complete the "Termination of Account" section of the "CACI Electronic Timesheet Account Request" form and forward to the WebET Administrator. From this point follow the policy for paper timecards.
