Put the Project String In the First Column

WebET will automatically fill in a number of columns based on the Project String. For this reason arrange the columns in the following order:

• Project String

• Labor Type

• Org Abbreviation

• Pay Type

• PLC

• Loc (SCA Employees Only - Not shown above)

• GLC (SCA Employees Only - Not shown above)

• Charge Description

Project String, Labor Type, Org Abbrev., and Pay Type are required fields. PLC may also be required depending on the vehicle. To add a charge to your timesheet, click on the first empty timesheet line. Entering a Project String will place default values into some of the remaining fields. The Charge Description field is "display only" and can't be edited.

Most users will find the first time they open their timesheet that the columns are arranged as described above.
