Don't write it down, put it on post-it notes, under your keyboards or on your whiteboards
Passwords are not a fool-proof way of securing your data or machines, but they are a good first line of defense, especially if created and used properly. Pick something you can remember, make it strong, don't share it and resist the urge to write it down.
