How to Set Your SecurID PIN at the CACI Intranet Portal

You must setup a PIN for your SecurID token (hereafter known simply as the "token") before you begin using it.  This is a one time setup process -- if you have already established your token's PIN through another method, skip the steps below and simply log into the CACI Intranet Portal.

 

  1. When your token arrives in the mail, call the CACI Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 703-679-3200 or toll-free at 877-841-7909 to activate the token.

  2. At the CACI Intranet Portal login page ( https://portal.caci.com ), enter your assigned CACI network username in the Username field and enter the six digit code currently displayed on your token in the Password field.

  3. In the New PIN Required window, select and enter a four digit PIN in the New PIN field.

  4. In the New PIN Required window, re-enter your new four digit PIN in the Confirm PIN field.

  5. In the New PIN Required window, select the Save PIN button.  Allow twenty to sixty minutes for your new PIN number to replicate to all of the CACI authentication servers.

  6. Wait for the code on your token to change (up to one minute).

  7. At the CACI Intranet Portal login page ( https://portal.caci.com ), enter your assigned CACI network username in the Username field.  In the Password field, enter your new PIN plus the six digit code currently displayed on your token.  For example, if your PIN was 1234 and the six digit code currently displayed on your token was 234836, your would enter 1234234836 in the Password field.
