Should I Change My Passwords Frequently?

Yes.

Per CACI Policy and Guidelines you must change your passwords at a minimum of every 120 days.
CIS will soon be more strongly enforcing this policy. If automated password expiration/reset messages are not acted on in three weeks (15 business days) the account will be disabled and the user will need to call the CIS Technical Assistance Center to get the password reset.
