Should I Use "Strong" Passwords?

Yes.

The best type of password - known as a "strong" password - is a mix of symbols, upper and lower-case letters and numbers
It is generally at least eight characters long
It is not a common dictionary word, personal information or anything easily guessed
"Redsoxwin," "Corvette" and "October7" are bad passwords
"R3ds0xW!n," "C0rVe++e" and "Oc+0b3r7" are strong passwords. They are easily remembered and mix symbols, upper/lower case letters and numbers.
