How will CIS assist me with encryption?

CIS has deployed settings through our Active Directory infrastructure to assist users by automatically encrypting data in the My Documents folder, as well as any off-line files. This setting runs a script at user logon that will check the encryption status of the My Documents folder and set it to encrypt if it is not already encrypted. You should verify that these settings have been applied to your machine and your files are encrypted.
